A veteran NHL coach and former 19‑year NHL forward, Dave served as interim head coach of the Winnipeg Jets (2021–22) and, as of September 2, 2025, is an assistant coach with the Calgary Flames. He previously coached in the WHL and on NHL benches in Los Angeles and Winnipeg.

An NHLPA‑certified agent and president of RSG Hockey, Allain backstops clients through every stage of their careers. A former goaltender, he won an Olympic silver medal with Team Canada in 1994 and was part of Harvard’s 1989 NCAA national championship team.

David Baugh former Aspen School District Superintendent David Baugh will be joining Colorado Extreme Academy board of advisors.  He boasts a decorated career in education and leadership of the Aspen schools. David is best known for emphasizing strong community relationships, transparency, and supporting student and staff wellbeing.
